Quebec City, Old World Charm

I had never visited Quebec City and had heard such wonderful things about it, that I decided to find out for myself.  Although the temperatures were less than friendly, the city and its people more than made  up for it.  The art, the fashion, the architecture and the history made for a memorable photographic journey.
